How a multi-site program runs

  1. Site walk

On-site assessment of the lot's condition, drainage, base, and access constraints; informs scope and sequencing.

  2. Proposal

Written scope, timeline, and price; named project lead; warranty terms attached.

  3. Mobilization

Pre-construction notice to tenants/residents; signage; access plan; weather window confirmed.

  4. Execution

Work proceeds on the locked scope; daily progress updates delivered to the named project contact.

  5. QC walk

Owner-led walk-through against the proposal scope; punch list captured and resolved before sign-off.

  6. Handoff & warranty

    Sign-off package: scope-as-built, warranty document, next-cycle recommendations.
