What we collect

When you use our bid forms, we collect the information you provide. This includes your contact details (name, email address, phone number, and optional company name), property details (address, square footage, scope of work description, and urgency), and — for single-job forms only — photos of your parking lot. For multi-site programs, we also collect program details like the number of sites, their geography, and your current vendor situation. We also capture attribution metadata such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID, Microsoft Click ID, landing page URL, and referrer.

We generate a requestId (a random UUID) to deduplicate submissions. This is not a tracking identifier.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your asphalt project, to schedule a site walk, and to prepare an estimate. We do not use it for marketing emails. We do not enrich it with third-party data sources.

How long we keep it

Crash-recovery draft state saved in your browser is kept for up to 24 hours. After submission, we keep your contact and project details for as long as we maintain the relationship (an active customer record), then archive. Photos uploaded for a bid are stored privately for the life of the bid relationship (signed-URL access, 30-day rolling refresh). If you ask us to delete, we delete within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain (warranty records on completed work).

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not run retargeting based on what you submitted.

We use PostHog (a privacy-respecting analytics tool) on a few pages to see what is working and what is not. PostHog masks every form field by default — meaning what you type into a form is never captured, even when PostHog is loaded on that page.

On a small number of pages reached from Google or Microsoft search ads, the ad networks know you converted on a form so we can measure ad effectiveness — but they receive only the fact of conversion (a hashed event), not your form contents.
